Why do we celebrate today with parties and good times? Soldiers died defending us and yes we thank them for that, but there is still a war going on. Soldiers are still dying. So, what exactly are we celebrating? It’s just another excuse for people to get together and get fucked up, when the families of the fallen mourn over their loved ones. Yes, people celebrate today for the ones that have returned and in the memory of their loved ones, but other people just party just to do so. “oh, you’re celebrating for a real reason? Well I just want to get drunk, woo!’ That, that is what I have a problem with. Well, I thank the brave men and women for defending us and I hope you are all at rest. I will not celebrate your death, but your life and what you did with it ♥

Just went to Apple Bee’s with my boyfriend, on the way back ‘My Kinda party’ came on. With a spur of the moment decision he sped down the road and we drove up this mountain.

We went to a place in our town called ‘Top of the World’ It over looks the entire town that’s all lit up at night. We stood there, kissed, and he held me close. The song ‘Don’t You Wanna Stay’ came on and just made the whole thing better.

I love this man with all my heart. I might have a hard time showing it and letting down my guard 100% but as long as he knows it that’s okay with me <3
